Live-Blogging Apple’s Press Conference

Today at Apple headquarters in Cupertino, Calif., Apple is holding a press conference to discuss problems with the antenna on its new iPhone 4.
As the WSJ reported yesterday, Apple is not expected to recall the phones. Instead, we’ll be on the lookout for Apple’s explanation for the problem, and whether it frames it as a hardware or software issue. We will also be looking for signs of action, such as extending the offer to return the phone beyond the current 30 day period, possibly giving free bumper cases to owners, or even a new hardware or software fix.
Perhaps most of all, if CEO Steve Jobs shows, we will be looking to see how he acknowledges a problem or whether he continues to downplay its significance.
The conference is set to begin at 1 p.m. ET. IPhone 4 owners, and potential owners: Let us know what you think of Apple’s response in the comments, or by emailing
